Want to return or exchange an item you purchased on RAGBRAI or on the RAGBRAI Web Store? We are happy to accept all unworn merchandise, and will exchange if we have the item in stock. To see what we have in stock, please visit RAGBRAI.com/shop.

Once we receive the package, we will send you a refund check or new item as soon as possible.

Returns or Exchanges at the Des Moines Register Office:
Please bring item and Return form to the Des Moines Register Lobby, located on the first floor of the Capital Square building in downtown Des Moines (next to Big City Burgers).

For exchanges in the office, if at all possible we ask that you either let us know in advance, or drop off your item then return in 24 hours to pick up the new size. It takes us a bit to round up items as they are stored in an off-site location.
