The Iowa Code, Section 321 Motor Vehicles and Law of the Road, contains laws specific to bicyclists and laws for all vehicles operating on
the roadway. This section of the Iowa Code also contains laws that do not apply to bicyclists because the nature of the laws does not have an application to bicycling or may be specific to motor vehicles.
