How to Return/Exchange Merchandise

Want to return or exchange RAGBRAI merchandise? We would be happy to help! There are three main ways to return/exchange your items –

1. Mail it to us
It has come to our attention that some wristband packages were shipped with an old address on the return/exchange forms. Please DO NOT send us mail at our old PO Box address. It is closed and no longer receiving mail. To return/exchange through mail, please fill out the form on the back of your invoice, or this form: http://ift.tt/1nx5xXd and mail it back to us along with your items. Our address is:

2. Stop by our merchandise trailers on the ride
You can exchange/return merchandise at either of our two big blue RAGBRAI Merchandise Trailers. They will be located at the Expo in Sioux City, then at every overnight town along the route. Usually there is one trailer located downtown by the main festivities and one in the main campground.

3. Visit the Des Moines Register’s lobby
If you live in the Des Moines area this can be a good way to exchange your merchandise before the ride. If you are exchanging please let Andrea know at least 24 hours in advance so that she can make sure everything is ready for you when you arrive. The Des Moines Register Lobby is located at 400 Locust St, Des M0ines, IA 50309. The lobby is inside the Capital Square Building’s atrium, next to Big City Burgers.
