In a surprise move, House leaders ended consideration of Senate File 424 for this year. In a quiet procedural move, the bill was not placed on the “Unfinished Business” calendar this past Thursday. As a result, the bill is returned to the House Transportation Committee.
The bill may be considered by the House Transportation Committee next session.
