The RAGBRAI XLII weeklong rider registration deadline is fast approaching (your entry needs to be in by April 1) so we thought we would answer some of your most frequently asked questions to help make the process a little easier.
Q: There is a minor riding in my group, do I have to do anything different for their registration?
A: Minors have to turn in a hard copy waiver, and the waivers must be postmarked by April 1. Click here to download a Minor Waiver.
Q: My group includes some weeklong and some day riders. When is our deadline for registration?
A: Even if there is just one weeklong rider in your group, you need to close the group and submit payment by April 1.
Q: I’m having trouble logging in. I’m using the same username and password I always have, but they just aren’t working.
A: Double check that you’re logging in to our Registration Login, located on the Registration Page, as opposed to the Forum/Shop login on our homepage.

We know it can be confusing to have two separate logins, and we are working to merge the two systems for our 2015 Registration. But for now, you will have to keep separate logins and passwords for our Registration and Shop/Forum.
Q: How do I add a new member to my group?
A: If you are trying to add new members to your group you will need to create a profile for each new member, join your group and register. If you are trying to register existing members, you will need to log on with their user name and password to be able to register them. If your computer automatically defaults to your profile, just click on “logout” in the upper right hand corner of your group home page. This will take you back to the 3 step registration page. Delete your user name and password from the page and click on “create a profile” for a new member or enter the user name and password of an existing member.
