Riders rolled up to the Backpocket Brewery trailer between Pella and Bussey on Thursday and joined the dance party on the lawn.
Members of Chasing Shade, an Iowa City-based band, had paused their two-wheeled across Iowa to play a concert.
The band is riding RAGBRAI and playing several shows a day.
They are pulling the solar panel used to power all their shows but unlike last year have a support crew for their instruments.
“RAGBRAI is an Iowa tradition,” said Griffen Harris. “This is pretty much our demographic. And we all really like biking.”
