General Information: The Iowa Bike Summit will kick off the event filled weekend by featuring guest speakers, cycling workshops, and break out sessions. Bringing engineers, planners, community officials, trail supporters, advocates and the public to engage in developing better bikeways in Iowa. Last year we had the privileged to hear from Roger Geller, City Bicycle Coordinator in Portland, Oregon, with his presentation on Urban Bikeway Design by the National Association of City Transportation Officials. This year we will continue to expand our expertise and knowledge to facilitate a larger, more thriving bicycle culture in Iowa.
